Customers don't need an account to book or request a quote. Staff, technicians and admins sign in with email and password or Google.

Role-based access (admin, staff, technician) is enforced on the server using a security-definer role check, and Row-Level Security policies on our database restrict every record to the roles allowed to read or change it.

The app runs on Lovable's managed platform: a Cloudflare edge runtime for the website and server functions, and a managed PostgreSQL database for stored data. All traffic to the app is served over TLS, and the database is backed up by the platform.

To deliver and schedule jobs we collect your name, email, phone number, service address and the booking or quote details you provide. We use that information to confirm appointments, send reminders, plan travel and follow up on quotes — nothing else.

• Lovable — hosting, database, authentication and email delivery.
• Twilio — sends SMS confirmations and reminders to the phone number you provide.
• Google Maps — address autocomplete on the booking form and travel-time estimates for scheduling.

We only use cookies that are essential for the app to work, such as keeping staff signed in. We do not run third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Booking and quote records are kept for business and tax purposes. If you'd like a copy of your information, a correction, or for us to delete it, email us at the address below and we'll take care of it.
