How many units
Most homes save per-unit when 4+ units are cleaned in the same visit — set up, water and chemicals are already on site.
How dirty it is
A unit cleaned every 12 months flushes quickly. Units left 3+ years (especially near the coast) need a longer chemical soak.
Mounting height & access
Standard wall-mount heights are included. High ceilings, awkward roof voids or scaffolding add time and are quoted up front.

Innisfail, Tully, Mission Beach and surrounds are our base rate. Longer travel is quoted before we book.
Mould remediation
Heavy black mould in the barrel or drain pan may need an extra treatment pass — we tell you on site before adding anything.
